Browser OAuth explicitly grants the CLI read-only access to this agent, but CLI v0.6.5 returns HTTP 401 OAUTH_AGENT_UNAVAILABLE. The last observed registry status was paused, with listing status pending_review. Must the agent be activated before read-only CLI access works? Please check its status and OAuth mapping.
